NSB Insights offers consulting services for business process analysis & review, improvement, and re-engineering. Business processes are everything that employees/staff at an organization do on a day-to-day basis.
We prefer to work hand-in-hand with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations in an organization to see where there are pain points, inefficiencies, duplicated or wasted effort, breakdowns in communication and/or coordination (the “Silo” effect), and find where systems can be added or changed to help get staff back to doing what they excel at rather than being slaves to ineffective computer systems or legacy business rules.
The first step in all services will be to determine what the baseline need is for the organization. This usually means needing to do either a basic needs assessment (BNA) or a comprehensive business process review (BPR).
If additional service, system, or software vendors need to be involved, NSB Insights acts as your “buyer’s agent” to make sure you get the best deal. i.e. we work for you; we have no fixed contracts with other providers.
